Samples and sample sets are excluded. Shipping charges are not included in the satisfaction refund; our team will confirm any return arrangements before you send anything back. This guarantee does not limit your rights for faulty products.
NZ delivery
Free NZ shipping on orders of $75 or more. Below $75, standard shipping starts at $7.95; a rural option is shown at checkout. The final delivery charge is shown before you pay.
We’ll email your order confirmation and tracking details. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. This storefront currently serves New Zealand.
